Pullable Pte Ltd (the 'Company'), a company incorporated in Singapore, is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights and associated goodwill in the Pullable brand worldwide. The Company licenses the use of the Pullable brand to the group affiliates listed below solely in connection with the group's business activities, subject to the Company's ongoing oversight to ensure consistent quality and presentation. All goodwill arising from such use shall inure exclusively to the benefit of the Company, and any use outside the scope of this authorization is strictly prohibited.
