Pullable Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore, is the owner of the Pullable international trademark registrations and associated goodwill. Pullable™ is licensed for use by the group affiliates listed below in their respective jurisdictions, solely in connection with their business operations and strictly in accordance with the quality control standards established by Pullable Pte Ltd.

The Pullable trademark registered in the United Kingdom is owned by Pullable Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, which licenses its use in the United Kingdom to Pullable Pte Ltd subject to ongoing quality control. All goodwill arising from use of the Pullable trademark in the United Kingdom shall inure to Pullable Limited, and all goodwill arising from use outside the United Kingdom shall inure to Pullable Pte Ltd. Any use outside the scope of this authorization is strictly prohibited.
